And Then There Was Three...

WE ARE HAVING A BABY!!! About 2 months ago we found out that it is going to be a baby BOY! I was expecting a girl, so it was a shocker at first and it took me a few minutes to get used to the idea...but then I was excited as ever! Justin was happy cause now he will have a little friend to play sports with, and if his kicks are an indication of what is to come then we will have a great linebacker or soccer player in our family! He's got some power in those babies!

He's growing fast! Here I am at 6 months and counting!

We haven't decided on a name, but a few ideas are Quinn, Carter, Caleb or possibly Colton.

Puppy Love!

One day we decided to take a trip to the mall, and as always we couldn't resist walking into the pet store just to have a look around. As we walked through we happened to see a little English Bulldog...and it was love at first sight. Justin couldn't resist. We forked out a pretty penny to bring him into our home, but it has been worth it. We couldn't decide at first whether we decided to name him Chubs (for all his little rolly polly rolls) or Loui cause...well, just cause we liked it. Loui won out and he has won our hearts as well! We love our little Lou!

Dancing the Night Away!

So about 6 months ago I had the dancing itch and told Justin I was going to take some classes with or without him. Well, he made a smart choice and decided to go ahead and take a few classes with me...but those few classes turned into alot more than we originally bargained for! We enjoyed it so much that we just kept going. Then I got pregnant (and we ran out of money!) so we had to quit for a time. But it was so fun and I was so proud of Justin and grateful that he tried something new with me that he wasn't used to. It was definitely worth it.

Here we are dancing the night away doing the TANGO at a recital we had. Someone told me later that I looked like the actress Brooke Shields...WAHOO! :)

Home, Sweet Home!

Last October we decided to take on the house hunt and were fortunate to come across some friends who recommended we take a look in Maricopa. The distance was a bit daunting (even though its only 45 min away) but we decided to give it a try and were mucho impressed with the homes and prices out there! After only looking at one set of model home (Pulte...can't go wrong with them!) we knew we had found what we were looking for a decided to buy ouselves a house! Two story, 4 bed, 3 bath...lots of room for babies! And food storage, of course. Here it is in the building process...its halfway there! We can't wait! We now have a closing date of Sept. 26th. One more month to go! Wahoo!

We love the beach!

Over the 4th of July weekend we were able to go to El Capitan State Beach just above Santa Barabara with my Noble family and hang out there for a whole week. It was beautiful and we had a blast just relaxing and playing in the water and soakin' up the sun. Too bad for me my skin doesn't like the sun...it soaked up a bit too much and I was only able to get in the water once before I was fried like a piece of bacon! Justin though is a true water-baby. He got in every day (Even though it was FREEZING!) and stayed in for hours just rolling around with the waves.

Thats my baby! I loved just sitting on the beach with a good book and watching him have fun.

Later he took on the Noble men in a competitive game of ROOK. See his poker face? He's a natural.
